A new space around the fire...
I wanted to let you know about something I’m starting, gently, alongside the Coven.
It’s called the Institute of Witches.
It’s not a replacement for the Coven, and it’s not me shifting direction.
It’s more like creating a hearth and inviting people around it.
For a while now, I’ve had the same nudge from my spirit guides, repeated again and again: 'go smaller.'
Less noise. Fewer people. More real connection.
The kind where you actually get to know the person who you’re sitting next to.
That’s what the Institute of Witches is about.
It’s for people who are curious, thoughtful, maybe a bit witchy, maybe not at all.
You don’t have to practise anything.
You don’t have to call yourself a witch.
You just have to be decent, caring, and genuine.
When we meet in person, it won’t be big events. It’ll be small groups, around a table, chatting properly, making things, sharing ideas, having a brew. The sort of spaces that feel easier to breathe in.
The Coven stays what it is. Deep, colour-led, and held with care.
The Institute is lighter. A place to land, especially for people who aren’t ready for, or don’t want, a Coven space.
If it sounds like your sort of thing, you’re very welcome.
If not, that’s absolutely fine too.
I’m taking this slowly, listening as I go, and letting it grow the way it wants to.
There are two ways to join...
The in-person meets will start locally to me in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, but we may also do some roadshows, so please let us know where you're from, and we will see what we can do!
