We’re in the heart of Embertide - three ember days to pause, reset, and prepare as we move toward the balance of the Autumn Equinox.

Today is the final day and I invite you into a simple ritual:

• Ask yourself: is this a feeling to pause with, to reset and release, or to prepare to carry forward?
