🟡 The Energy Wheel – Purpose & Possibility Wellbeing Session This reflective session invites you to connect with your inner fire - what motivates you, where your energy goes, and what you care about most. Using breathwork, mindfulness, and a splash of joyful visualisation, we’ll explore your values, your direction, and the potential you might not have explored yet. A gentle, uplifting space to reset and realign. Ages 12+ · Booking recommended · All materials provided
