The Colour Journey - South Elmsall

The Colour Journey is a fully immersive experience for the senses - it is a chance to slow down for a bit and have some time for yourself.

You will lie down or sit, get comfy, and relax while I guide you through a gentle experience using colour, sound, music and scent. There’s nothing to learn, nothing to get right, and no pressure. It’s simply a space to breathe and switch off from everyday life.

Wear something warm and bring a blanket if you can - we want you to be cosy.

I use light, natural fragrances made from plant-based ingredients. If you’re sensitive or allergic, just let me know, and I’ll make sure you’re comfortable and not sat near them.

Just come as you are and give yourself an hour to rest.
