Wellbeing Session This session is all about quiet insight - the kind that arises when you pause and listen in. Guided by colour and intention, we’ll explore clarity, intuition, and how to recognise your own inner wisdom. There’ll be gentle breathwork, spacious visualisation, and creative reflection to help you notice what feels true - and what can be let go. Ideal if you’re craving perspective, peace, or simply a moment to yourself. Ages 12+ · Booking recommended · All materials provided
